Sanford Welcomes Christine DiUbaldo as Incoming Director of Enrollment Management

Sanford School is proud to announce that Christine DiUbaldo has been appointed as the next Director of Enrollment Management, effective July 1, 2025. A longtime Sanford educator and administrator, Christine currently serves as Associate Director of Admission.
Before joining the admission team in 2019, Christine taught third grade for 16 years and was the 2014 recipient of the Johns Award for Excellence in Teaching. Along with her teaching partners, she has helped to create many of the signature events that Sanford third-grade students enjoyed, including Chocolate Economics and the Sunny Hills Tea, which showcased Sanford’s history. Since 1998, Christine has held various roles at Sanford, including junior kindergarten teacher, first- and third-grade teacher, Lower School reading teacher, and a team member in the Extended Day program. Her deep understanding of Sanford’s students and culture makes her a natural fit to lead the admission team.

In her six years as an admission professional, Christine's personalized and warm approach has set the tone for hundreds of families navigating the admission and enrollment process. Among her many accomplishments, she established the Upper School Student Ambassador program, developed in-house assessments for applicants during the COVID-19 pandemic, enhanced transition programs for eighth-grade students moving into Upper School, strengthened partnerships with local feeder schools, and led the transition of financial aid platforms from SSS to Clarity. Christine also recently served as the Director of Summer Programs, where she successfully grew the summer enrichment offerings, creating engaging and fun options for students in the summer months.

Christine shares, “I am so honored to accept this new role at a school that has helped shape me and my family. I have experienced Sanford as a mom, teacher, and member of the Admission Office and have loved every minute. I am still happy to come to work each day as this school holds a very special place in my heart. I am excited to continue welcoming new families to our exceptional community, assisting our current families in any way they need, and supporting this amazing school that I call home.”

Christine earned her bachelor’s degree in education from Penn State University. She is married to Sanford alumnus Dom ‘94 and is the proud mom of two Sanford lifers, Sophia ‘20 and Domenic ‘22, and current Upper School junior, Joey ‘26. She has been immersed in Sanford’s community for over 30 years and is a Warrior through and through.

Sanford is excited to welcome Christine into this new leadership role and looks forward to her continued contributions to the school’s growth and success.
