Congratulations to Shannon Helmecki for being awarded the SHAPE Delaware Health Teacher of the Year!
This recognition is a testament to her dedication to promoting health education. In September, our team attended the SHAPE Delaware conference held at Odessa High School.
Shannon Helmecki, Lisa Hutchinson, and Shannon Strosser participated in insightful discussions and networking opportunities. Shannon Strosser, our assistant athletic director, took the stage to present two engaging sessions: "Skills-Based Health," which emphasized practical approaches to health education, and "Making Health Fun Again," which aimed to revitalize interest in health topics.
