Middle School Students Compete at Delaware History Day
Sanford Middle School students Allie Ganc, Aslyn Merrell, Rafaella Memphis, Nico Mucchetti, and Enzo Encarnacion-Bognar have been selected to participate in Delaware's prestigious History Day competition. Over the past year, they have dedicated themselves to preparing their projects for this event.
The theme for the 2024 contest is "Turning Points in History." Students can work individually or in groups to select a topic that resonates with the annual theme. After conducting in-depth research, they present their findings through exhibits, websites, performances, documentaries, or research papers.
