Dear Sanford Community,
Thank you to all the alumni and families who were able to join us for Homecoming this weekend! It was a wonderful event celebrating Sanford.
It is with great excitement that we announce the School's next big campus improvement project, a $10.5 million capital and endowment campaign, Exceptionally Sanford: Expanding Our Reach, Nurturing Our Roots. This campaign has been several years in the making as the Board and school leadership thoughtfully considered Sanford's current needs as well as how to best position the school for generations to come. We are confident the Sanford community will come together to make these exciting projects a reality. To date, nearly half the funds have already been raised!
Amazing things are happening on campus and in classrooms. Sanford's upper school students began the year in a Math/Science Building that looked completely different than it had in May. Using early funds donated to the campaign, Phase 1 of the campaign's capital projects began last spring and we can't wait to share our progress in the weeks to come.
